You Can Change A Life!

Michael was having difficulty finding employment and desperately needed immediate help in getting fuel to heat his home.  He decided to start his search by calling 2-1-1 and was referred to the Goodworks program at Goodwill Industries.  At the time, Michael did not know how beneficial that phone call would be.  With The assistance of Goodworks, Michael had oil delivered that same day.  In talking to Dan, the counselor at Goodwill, Michael also received assistance in his employment search.  With funding from United Way, the programs supported at Goodwill, and the determination to improve his families situation, Michael was able to secure a good job at a local business.
